Identifying avocado tree  flower type and pollination

Picture
I had been very confused about identifying flower types, male and females and determining the tree flower type. As my interest in pollination increased I was frustrated that I could not figure it out by just reading articles.  Finally I asked a friend and research director in an avocado firm to spend some time showing me in the field exactly how it is. Well it was a good lesson, that is why we need teachers. I learned more from him by showing me, pointing to, and even got a magnifying glass as a present.
I now hope to illustrate  what I learn in case you don't have a good teacher at hand. For now I would take for granted that you know why we need  tree types and male and female flowers. "The birds and the bees"  First step in avocado sexual orientation  At the bottom you'll find pictures I'm in the process of taking of different stages of flowers to help with the identification process. I'll try to build up this page as I have time.
