Ismael 1  Avocado  Type B

I do not know much about this avocado. The person who gave it to me said: The original seed came from Guantanamo in Cuba, from a well regarded tree in the area. The seed was planted in the US and the seedling produced a very good fruit. This is Ismael 1.  One of those seeds of Ismael 1 was planted by the original seedling tree owner in an area where there were a lot of other varieties and produced a wonderful fruit, Ismael 2, with a totally different ripening period as Ismael 1.  The person who gave me these said he has tasted both and they are  great tasting avocados. Two trees  were top worked in January 2014.
January 24, 2015: Ismael 2 is beginning to open some flowers. Seems to be A type. No Activity in Ismael 1.  In deed very different.
February 1, 2015: These trees are very different. The no 2 is ahead of 1 by far. I was puzzled today since at around 9 am the No 1 tree clearly had male flowers open making it a B type. Will need further check and hope the weather warms up a bit to get a better reading on that.
February 21,  2015:  These two trees for being seedlings of the same tree are quite different . Ismael 2 continues with its flowering and seems to be a precocious fruit setter. Clearly B type.
March 6, 2015: Ismael 2. Now that temperatures are more to our "normal" the tree clearly for the past few days have been opening  female flowers in the morning. Clearly an A type. I was surprised because it set fruit readily like a B type.  I strongly suspect this is a complex hybrid. I think I need to separate these two.
March 7, 2015: I have separated the trees, this will be for Ismael 1
May 19, 2015: The tree is growing well, in the same tree there is also Ismael 2. I need to decide if I will cut the 2 since I have another tree with 2. I'm more interested in 2 than in 1. One was a seed brought from Cuba and 2 is a fruit from 1 pollinated in So. California. The tree is doing well. there are a couple of fruit, see today's pictures. Typical Wets Indies light yellow color, seem like it will be large.
